4-Ingredient S’mores Cookies: Gooey, Chocolatey, and Irresistible
Ingredients
3 graham crackers (6 squares)
1-2 large chocolate bars (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
6 jumbo marshmallows
~8 oz of chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
Directions
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. - Prepare the graham crackers:
Break each graham cracker into halves to create six squares. Place the squares on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each one. - Add the chocolate and marshmallows:
Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and place 3-4 squares of chocolate on top of each graham cracker. Then, place one jumbo marshmallow on top of the chocolate on each graham cracker. - Top with cookie dough:
Scoop about 1 to 2 tablespoons of chocolate chip cookie dough and place it over each marshmallow. Press down gently to secure the dough. - Bake the cookies:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, or until the cookie dough is golden brown and the marshmallows are slightly puffed.
