200g dark chocolate
250g mascarpone
4 eggs
65g sugar
40g sifted flour

- – Start by preheating your oven to 160°C (320°F). In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate over a gentle heat, ensuring it doesn’t overheat.
– In a mixing bowl, blend the mascarpone until smooth, then incorporate the melted chocolate. Once the mixture is well combined, add the eggs one by one, making sure each is fully mixed before adding the next.
– Gradually add the sugar, mixing thoroughly. Sift the flour into the mixture and fold it in gently, making sure there are no lumps.
– Pour the batter into a square baking tin (20cm x 20cm) lined with parchment paper.
– Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Once done, allow the cake to cool completely, then place it in the fridge while you prepare the glaze. - Instructions for the Glaze:

Allow the glaze to cool slightly, then pour it evenly over the chilled cake.
Return the cake to the fridge and let it set for at least 2 hours before serving.
